Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Seclob Aura ("The Service," "We," "Us"), you, the Salon Owner/Admin ("The User," "You"), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service is a cloud-based business management platform for salons and spas, featuring Admin Panel, Branch Management, Staff Management, Sales Entry (Kiosk/Individual Mode), Reporting, Subscription Management, Staff Advance Request System, and Customer Credit Ledger Management.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Staff Limits

3.1. Subscription and Payment

All features are provided under a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to the Service.

3.2. Automatic Upgrade Enforcement (Staff Limit Workflow)

Each subscription plan has a defined Staff Limit. The User acknowledges that the system will automatically enforce this limit. If the current staff count reaches the plan limit, the system will prevent adding new staff and redirect the Admin to the Subscription & Billing page to upgrade. This workflow is integral to Service functionality and billing.

3.3. Renewal and Expiry

The User is responsible for renewing their subscription before expiry. A notification banner will appear on the Dashboard with reminders such as: "Your plan will expire in X days. Renew Now."

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1. Admin (Salon Owner)

The Admin has full access to all modules and is responsible for the accuracy of data entered, including staff salary and commission settings.

4.2. Branch/Kiosk Mode User

This role can only log sales. They cannot view, edit, or delete historical data.

4.3. Staff User (Individual Mode)

Staff can record their own sales and view Read-Only Staff Reports. They cannot access branch-level or other staff data.

5. Financial Modules and Liability

5.1. Staff Advance Request System

The Service enables tracking of advance requests that require both Branch and Admin approval. Users are responsible for the actual disbursement of funds. The system only records approvals.

5.2. Credit Management Module (Customer Ledger)

The Service assists in tracking customer credit and collections. Automated commission calculations depend strictly on Admin-defined rules. We are not liable for incorrect credit entries.

5.3. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on settings defined in the Staff Management module. The User is responsible for ensuring these settings are correct.

6. Data Ownership, Security, and Privacy

6.1. Data Ownership

All data entered by the User—including staff records, financial transactions, and customer details—remains their property.

6.2. Data Backup and Security

While we implement industry-standard security practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or absolute security.

6.3. User Credentials

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seclob Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last three (3) months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via Dashboard notifications or email. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or your specified jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.
