Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which a User (Salon Owner/Admin) may cancel their subscription to the Seclob Aura Service and the conditions governing our strict No-Refund policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. How to Cancel
The User may cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to the Subscription & Billing module within the Admin Panel and selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option, or by notifying our support team in writing.
1.2. Effect of Cancellation
• Cancellation does not take effect immediately.
• The User retains full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period (the original plan Expiry Date).
• After the Expiry Date, the User’s account will be downgraded or suspended, and no further charges will apply.
• The User’s data will be retained for [Specify number: e.g., 30 or 60] days after suspension. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
2. Refund Policy: No Refunds
2.1. Non-Refundable Fees
All subscription fees, setup fees, and any other payments made for access to the Seclob Aura Service are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
2.2. Policy Rationale
The Service is provided immediately after payment and remains fully accessible throughout the billing cycle. Since all features and modules (including Staff Limit allocation, reporting, and financial tools) become available instantly, we do not offer refunds—whether partial or full—for any of the following reasons:
• Cancellation of the Service by the User
• Non-use of the Service during the subscription
• Downgrading to a lower plan
• System suspension for violating Terms and Conditions
2.3. Pro-Rated Access
If a User cancels their subscription, they acknowledge that no pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining unused days in the billing period. Access continues until the end of the already-paid subscription term.
3. Subscription Upgrades
When the User upgrades their plan (such as increasing the Staff Limit), the new plan charges apply immediately.
The User will receive a pro-rated credit based on the unused portion of their existing plan.
No cash refund will be issued for the remaining value of the previous plan. The credit amount will only be applied towards the upgraded higher-tier plan.
