Content Policy
1. Introduction and Scope
This Content Policy outlines the rules and guidelines governing the creation, upload, entry, and storage of all data, text, images, and other materials (“Content”) by the User (Admin, Branch, or Staff) within the Seclob Aura Service.
This policy ensures the integrity of the Service, compliance with legal standards, and the security of all Users and their Customers.
2. Permitted Content (Business Data)
The Service is strictly intended for salon business operations. Permitted Content includes, but is not limited to:
• Staff Information: Names, photos, mobile numbers, salary details
• Branch Information: Location, address, and branch details
• Customer Information: Names and mobile numbers for credit/dues
• Financial Records: Transactions, commissions, payments, advance requests
• Business Assets: Photos of staff, services, or salon premises
3. Prohibited Content and Uses
3.1. Illegal Content
• Any Content violating local, national, or international laws • Content promoting or facilitating illegal acts • Harassment, hate speech, defamation, or abusive material
3.2. Private & Sensitive Personal Information (PSI)
Do not enter highly sensitive data that the Service is not designed to store: bank account numbers, credit card data, government IDs, medical records, or confidential financial details unrelated to business operations.
3.3. Malicious or Technical Content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful scripts • Uploading large or non-image files in image upload fields • Any attempt to disrupt system performance
3.4. Harassment and Abuse
Users may not use any text field (e.g., notes, reasons, messages) to post abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory content towards staff, customers, or the company.
3.5. Intellectual Property Violations
Users must not upload any image, text, or media for which they do not own the copyright or lack proper usage rights.
3.6. Misrepresentation and Fraud
• Entering false or fraudulent financial data • Creating fake user accounts or impersonating others • Manipulating commissions or transaction records
4. Enforcement and Consequences
4.1. Monitoring
We do not actively monitor User-entered Content. However, we reserve the right to review Content if the system is flagged for potential abuse, misuse, or illegal activity.
4.2. Violation Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
• Removal of offending content
• Suspension of the responsible User (Staff or Branch)
• Immediate full account suspension or termination with no refund
• Reporting to relevant legal authorities when required
5. Responsibility of the User
The Admin (Salon Owner) is fully responsible for ensuring that all Staff, Branch Heads, and Receptionists follow this Content Policy. The Admin agrees that they are liable for any violations committed by their assigned users.
